Many thanks to Ms. Yelena Goryainova, the sales manager of the Volynskoye Congress Park, to Mr. Pavel Kalyukov, the head waiter, and to the whole staff of the Congress Park who helped organise Final Conference on Natural Risks Assessment at Moscow State University, Faculty of Geography. Everything was prepared on a tight schedule.
Your efficiency, quick decision-making and professionalism contributed a lot both to the success of the conference and to the research in geography.

We would like to thank all the staff of the Congress Park for our wonderful wedding anniversary! Yelena, the manager, is very quick-witted and efficient. She helped us create a menu and book a table. All the other guys, from the manager at the reception desk to our waiter, were also so friendly, attentive and efficient. A special thank you goes to the restaurant manager and all the personnel involved in the situation with the cake. You fixed it very tactfully. We were so happy to get such kind and amicable service on our special day!!
